Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Skincare & Cosmetic Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened may not be eligible for return, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Delivery Costs
Customers may be responsible for return postage where the item is unwanted. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can advise you on the next steps.
